What is your return/cancellation policy?

I do really hope you love your product, let’s see what we can do!

For made-to-order plushies, there is a small window when we may be able to cancel your order for a full refund, if we haven’t already started making your plush! I suggest contacting us as soon as possible if this is your case, however keep in mind that all made-to-order items are made and shipped within 5-7 business days! If we have already started making or shipped out your order, we cannot accept cancellations. In the event that the made-to-order item you receive falls short of expectations, you are welcome to return the item to us for a full refund if ordered within 30 days before contacting us (however we will not be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or lost/damaged returned packages). We cannot accept returns of any damaged or used items, regardless of time frame.

For ready to ship plushies, we cannot accept cancellations as all product information is given before you make your purchase. These plushies are always shipped within 24 business hours, even if tracking does not update during this timeframe, and it’s hard to un-package orders, ya know? Feel free to contact us before purchasing if you’d like any additional photos, videos, or have any other questions! In the event that the item you receive falls short of expectations, you are welcome to return the item to us for a full refund if ordered within 30 days before contacting us (however we will not be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or lost/damaged returned packages). For patterns, we cannot provide any returns or cancellations, as these are downloadable PDFs that you receive immediately after purchase. We’ve personally never heard of our host server, Squarespace, making mistakes with automated digital file deliveries such as these. If you have any concerns or difficulties, please reach out!

For items in our craft thrift, we will accept returns on any item ordered within 30 days of your contacting us (however we will not be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, or lost/damaged returned packages). We cannot accept returns of any damaged or used items, regardless of time frame.

For any physical package, you will receive a USPS tracking number (or tracking number of your global shipping option). Once accepted and moving through USPS servers, Primrose Fiber Studio is no longer responsible for this package, including lost-in-transit or shipping damages.
